IMPA is an abbreviation of the name of the organization which means Indian Medical Professional Association.
Here the word Indian is used collectively for the SC/ST/OBC/CM (converted minorities) who are the Mulnivasis (i. e. aboriginals) of the land and who are suffering from the social, educational, economic, political, and religious problems for thousands of years. Taking into consideration of their problems Articles 340, 341, 342, and Articles 25-29 are incorporated into the Constitution of India.
The term Medical Professional is used collectively for the doctors who practice Allopathy, Ayurveda, Homeopathy, Unani, Dental, Veterinary and Naturopathy, Para medicals, Pharmacists, Staff Nurses, and Medical Technicians. Association is an organization of the SC/ST/OBC/CM medical professional in India or settled outside India. We want to organise SC/ST/OBC/CM medical professionals.
दुनिया में जहां भी सच और झूठ समाज में प्रस्थापित हुआ है, कारण है, संघटन। भारत में देखा जाय तो यहाँ के शासक वर्ग ने समाज में झूठ प्रस्थापित संघटन की वजह से किया।
मूलनिवासी बहुजन समाज में एक प्रकार की बीमारी है ,खासे तौर पर डॉक्टर्स में, यह वर्ग आइसोलेशन में रहना पसन्द करता है। तथागत बुद्ध के संघ में
भिक्खु डाक्टर थे ,यह भिक्खु समाज में जाकर ब्राह्मणी व्यवस्था के खिलाफ़ जाकर न्याय और समता का प्रचार प्रसार करते थे।
डॉक्टर्स होने के बावजूद भी संघटित रूप से रहते थे। उसी तरह बहुजन समाज के डॉक्टर्स ने भी संघटित होकर लड़ाई लड़नी होगी।
IMPA ने संघटित करने का पहल किया है।
भविष्य आपका तभी होगा ,जब आप भविष्य के बारे में सोचेंगे २६ जनवरी १९५० के बाद हमको भी अधिकर मिले और ब्राह्मणों को भी अधिकार मिले। ब्राह्मणों ने भविष्य के बारे में सोचा और हमने भविष्य के बारे सोचा नहीं, इसलिए हमारे सारे अधिकार लगभग सम्पता हो चूके है। हम लोग सिर्फ अकैडमी डॉक्टर्स है, सामाजिक डॉक्टर्स हम लोग अभी बने नहीं है, जब हम समाज के डॉक्टर्स बनेंगे तभी हमारे अधिकार सुरीक्षित होंगे।
